How do i save a photo file that was emailed to me as a pdf file and change it to a diffrent file? Not a pdf.?

i have pis that were sent to me that were scanned and i want to download them to a site, but that site doesnt accept pdf files so i need to save them as diffrent files how do i do that?How do i save a photo file that was emailed to me as a pdf file and change it to a diffrent file? Not a pdf.?
right click file. choose open with ';whatever pic app you choose';



now Save As to a jpg



you can also highlight name of file and edit it to end in .jpg
