Urgent help with computer / pdf / printer problem required !!!!!?

Basicaly I don't know if it my incompetence or if there is something wrong with my computer or printer. This pertains to a job application I need to finish and send today.

I have repeatedly tried to print pdf format documents. The computer and printer switch themselves off. I have tried saving to my documents then print and the same thing happens. Will saving to desk top help? Is it there format I have to change the pdf to? Do I need to do something with that? Can I save it to an email attachement more successfully, and if so, how?. What the **** is this shitty pdf anyway?

I'm sure this is all pretty basic stuff for a lot of you out there, but not for me. Please, if you can help, keep your answer really simple for me. Thank you.Urgent help with computer / pdf / printer problem required !!!!!?

You need adope acrobat reader to open the PDF file, you must ensure that you select your printer when you frint as sometimes when you install adobe the printer changes to the Adobe printer which basically saves it as a document.



If you have adobe reader then check it is the latest one.



Failing that get a convertor and convert it to a word document and use microsoft word.



to find out if your printer is working ope notepad - start - run - type in notepad.



type in some rubbish and print it - if this prints then you dont have a problem with your computer or printer it is adobe that is the issue. hope this helps.
