How do I turn a pdf file into an Open Office Document?

I have a menu on which I need to change some prices. My menu is in .pdf format, but I would need to use it with Open Office.

(The document was originally in .odt format, but I changed it into .pdf, and now I don麓t know how to switch back...)How do I turn a pdf file into an Open Office Document?
