How do you batch save changes to a PDF file?

This might be too technical for yahoo answers but any input is welcome...



I'm supposed to mark up 100s of pdf files with the company name and other similar information. Most of the mark ups are repetitive and they all only different by a few numbers. I want to build a script to make it easy to edit the files because right now, I'm actually opening the pdf, marking it up, saving it, then renaming the file.



Again, anything relating to batch saving would help.How do you batch save changes to a PDF file?
I don't know how, but it should be possible. You might try emailing Adobe or going to a chat room for programmers. My guess is that you could do a batch file that sends text into the Acrobat executable file while calling each file in a directory.
