How can I change the page dimensions in a pdf file?

I need to change the dimensions of a file to 8.5 x 11 in. Is there any way to do that on a pdf file?How can I change the page dimensions in a pdf file?

3 steps to change page dimension of PDF file :

(1) set building mode to ';One to One'; and set destination PDF file name, location.



(2) set ';Page Options'; -%26gt; set ';Page Size'; -%26gt; select ';Letter'; (8.5 x 11 inches).



(3) select source PDF files, right click selected PDF files, a menu will popup, click ';Build selected files to PDF';, then the page dimension of source PDF documents will be changed to ';Letter'; size automatically.
