How to change a MSWORD file to PDF or jpg?

i did some project on word which i combind text and pic.

now i cant uplaud them on the web or creat a dvd or save it as a pic .... what to do and have all this work on word sheet as a picture?How to change a MSWORD file to PDF or jpg?
you must convert this text file for the PDF, oAcrobat not convert, he only le file.

zip it and then upload it , make sure its saved as .doc



you could download pdf converters because they are not installed by default on msword
