How do I change text on an already saved PDF doc?

I'm trying to update a document at work that was saved as a pdf. There are a few pictures that I need to change as well as some text that needs to be updated. What is the best way to do this?

You would need a software which converts pdf to doc. there you edit all you want and can later convert it back to pdf or leave it as doc. there free downloads, bt sorry I dont have any links. google
PDFs aren't editable in that way. The most reliable way is to go back to the source, make the changes there, and then re-PDF the thing. I've had very bad luck converting PDFs to, say, a Word document - the layout tends to get all mucked up.
Best way is to use your original Word (or whatever) document and then re-save as a PDF.
