How do I change the title of a pdf document?

When printing to a pdf from a website, Adobe puts the title of the page in the top left corner. (In this case ';Printer Friendly Version';) It then uses this as the display title when searching in Adobe instead of the more descriptive file name. I've tried File %26gt; Document settings after the fact, but it will not let me change anything. Any suggestions? A list of ';Printer Friendly Versions'; in the results is not very helpful. How do I change the title of a pdf document?
You did not say if it was a trial version Adobe PDF creator, if it is then it is like Micro$oft's trial/educational version. Meaning you really do not have any control over the trial version until you buy the full paid for version.
