How do you change a Word Document into a PDF file?

So can someone explain me how to change a Word Document into a PDF file? I need to know.

Thanks. How do you change a Word Document into a PDF file?
I go with kei116 above. I also downloaded Cute PDF Writer some months ago. It works no probs. Youl need to download Ghostscript too from the same page.

Basically once it檚 downloaded and installed on your PC it檚 treated as a printer and can be chosen from your File %26gt; Print %26gt;Printer list (at top of the print dialogue box).

next time you print however you have to remember to set it back to the ordinary printer.

Cute PDF Writer does what it says on the tin. And it檚 totally free. No hidden charges.

Another free one I檝e seen is is Do PDF on the computeractive downloads section.

There is also a free online service that converts Word to PDFs and emails them back to you. Looks like you need to set up a separate email account eg yournamepdfs@blahoo.etc to shuttle them back and forth.

Try print and choose to pdf if you have a converter already installed.
I personally like Cute PDF Writer. You install it and it works like a printer. When you want to save it as a PDF file you just go to print it and select the printer as Cute PDF Writer and it will ask you where you would like to save the file as a PDF.

PDF Creator is a highly rated freeware.Good luck!!http://www.freewarefiles.com/program_8_2
Use openoffice and save as PDF, which is available from http://www.openoffice.org.

You may need to use an intermediate file format like wordperfect format.
