JeckJack gave you the right answer. OpenOffice is a great free program because you can open many other programs with it, like Word.



After you download it, you will notice on the menu across the top, a PDF symbol. Make sure the document you want to save is perfect because once you put it in PDF you cannot change it.
There are various software to do this conversion. The one with various options is ';Adobe Acrobat Professional';. It adds a toolbar to most application (Word Processing Software, Web Browsers, etc...). So it is easy and quick to use this software.
