Changing File formats?

How can I change a PDF file to a JPG file? I have pictures that need to be changed into JPG. any suggestions?Changing File formats?
Using Adobe reader a free download from adobe.com,

1. Open the .pdf file.

2. Under the Tools/Basic menu loook for the ';Snapshot'; tool.

3. After the cursor has turned to a crosshairs, left click and select the area you wish to turn into a .jpeg.

A message will come up saying ';The selected area has been copied to the Clipboard';

4. Now open your paint application and in the edit menu click ';Paste';,

You should now have the picture in your paint application and can save it in whatever format you wish, (.jpeg, .gif, .bmp)Changing File formats?
Thanks for the great answer. It worked just as you said it would, including the download of the program. Very easy.

open them in PAINT.exe then resave them as JPG
Try to go to Download.com and search for a compatable converter. Most of them are free trials and have limited usage but they usualy get the job done
Download Screenhunter from site download.com %26amp; then take screenshots of the pdf files .
i dont know if this will work but you can simply try changing the file extention from .PDF to .JPG you could also open the pdf file copy the picture you want and then open a picture editing program (such as paint or fireworks) and then paste it in there and save it as a jpg file
