If you only have adobe reader your out of luck. You need adobe standard at least to covert or change a pdf document or you could buy a conversion program.
you need the commercial Adobe writer to edit PDF. You need to buy it.
You may convert PDF to Word first with a help of software such as PDF Ripper http://www.filesland.com/companies/PDF-B and then edit it and print it as a PDF again
