Only way this could be done is via a javascript addon to the Adobe reader.....and, even then, it would be doubtful whether you'd achieve what (I think) you're after.
You might try one of the other readers on the market, if you're currently using Adobe's own. Some of the others may have this built in--I'm not sure, because I use the Adobe writer for everything, so haven't used the Reader in about six years.
