I really need help with this. and its not working when i try to save it as a file type! How do you change a jpeg file to a pdf or psd file?
there are many ways that you can do this for example :

-open in ms Paint then save as your wanted file (this does not do all files)

-open in adobe photoshop or other similar photo editing program installed on your computer then save as your wanted file extension.

-change the file extension for example change .jpeg to .psd although this is not recommended as it can ruin your file and can sometimes be incompatible.

hope this helpsHow do you change a jpeg file to a pdf or psd file?
Converting JPEG to PSD is very easy with Image Converter Plus. In Windows Explorer, select a JPEG image and click your right mouse button. In the context menu, select Convert to submenu and click Custom convert line.

Add files to Custom conversion.

The list will already contain images selected from Windows Explorer.

To add other files, press Add image button and select some more files in JPEG format to be converted to PSD . Select PSD format as target format.

Expand ';Save images in PSD format'; group and adjust any needed settings. The format settings only support switching RLE Compression on/off.

Convert JPEG to PSD. Avaible settings for PSD file format.

Run-length encoding (RLE) is a very simple form of data compression in which runs of data (that is, sequences in which the same data value occurs in many consecutive data elements) are stored as a single data value and count, rather than as the original run. This is most useful on data that contains many such runs; for example, simple graphic images such as icons and line drawings.

Press ';Start'; to begin conversion.

CGM to BMP. Click Start to begin conversion.
