How can I change a jpeg picture to a pdf?

I use a program called Primo pdf it's free...

If your on Windows you may need third party software - I think Vista you can export as PDF but I'm not sure. Someone correct me if I'm wrong there.

If you are on a mac, you can open it in Preview %26amp; save it as a pdf.
you probably need a pdf creator....Just add the image to the new pdf file and save it...
