Using Word to create a report, primarily IN a Table, the default printer is my office Xerox. When I convert it to PDF in Adobe Acrobat (9), it makes a subtle, yet very real, change in the layout of the pages. How can I ';synchronize'; the printers' settings so they both appear/print AND convert into what I see when I'm working on it?Why does my Word (2003) document change layout when I convert it to PDF?
change you pdf converter to this software:
CutePDF http://www.cutepdf.com/
Install it and then once edited the word document go to file print, then select cutePDF. Wait about 5-10seconds then it will come up where you want to save the PDF file and what you want to call it...Why does my Word (2003) document change layout when I convert it to PDF?
Converting Word in to pdf or vice versa is not so simple so very often converted format has some visual defects. And I mean it often. This is something you can not change unless if you choose to import word document into open office and there save it as pdf. This might actually help you save a decent copy of word documents.
I am not sure on second answer but from my experience with pdf printing, you can not do both in one shot.
