How do I change an image format from .pdf to something else that photo bucket will allow me to load?

I'm trying to load up a .pdf format (from adobe) onto photo bucket, but it's not loading. I keep getting errors, it says that it has to be .gif, .jpeg., and so on. So, how do I do it! Help please :-)How do I change an image format from .pdf to something else that photo bucket will allow me to load?
I'd take a screen shot of the PDF image and save it in Paint. When it asks you to ';Save As'; save it in My Pictures as a JPEG. Not very glamorous but it works. You can also use Paint as a photo editor.
