Try Snipshot at www.snipshot.com. It's a free online image editor that lets you save in GIF, JPG, PDF, PNG or TIF. Under ';Open from your computer'; click the Browse button to find your file. You could take a screen shot (Alt+Print Screen) and just paste into Paint. Then you can ';Save As'; a jpeg.
