Any Adobe Photo Editing Software will work. Like, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photo Deluxe, and on and on. You simply SAVE AS And there will be a drop down and you can change a PDF file to anything you want, like .jpg .gif .tiff .pic or any number of the formats available .
