Sorry u cannot change a pdf document 2 html, but u can edit PDF documents with PDF editors, they come with the latest version of Acrobal Reader, sorry i forgot the version no, may b its 6.0 or something.How do you change a document in pdf form to html so i can edit it?
a pdf file is similar to a picture. You would need adobe acrobat. The readers do not allow you to edit.
