Can you change a pdf format?? please help?

I have an ad that I want to change.

I don't know how to because it's in an PDF format. It would like it to stay the same (if you can make it easier to read that would

be cool too), except that I would like to take out one of the services that we offer that are featured in the poster. Can someone help me.Can you change a pdf format?? please help?
If you have Adobe Illustrator, you can import the PDF into AI and modify it to a point. The letters will not maintain their font properties. If there were layer upon layers in the original, it may not work if they layers were merged together. Might be easier to recreate from scratch.
