I use Adobe PhotoShop. You might be able to downlod a trial version if you just need to do a couple.How do you change a pdf or psd file to jpg? thanks?
If you have photoshop, you are in luck. However most don't, so try going to www.download.com and asking that very question and see what free programss are available. type in pdf to jpg converter. I am sure you will find something that will work.
