Depends on what type of Adobe you have.
if you have just free reader then you can't do it.
if you have the full version, Then you can always go to the PDF file, and on Menu, under File, click ';save as';
and on a dialogue box, under drop down of ';save type as'; you see ';microsoft word document (*.doc) , click that and hit ok.
