Hello, you can use AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter to convert your PDF files to Word format and edit them in MS Word.

It is totally free until March 1. I have just got a keycode for myself and save $29.95. This tool supports batch conversion and preserves text, layouts, images and hyperlinks well. My PDF files with complicated format, lots of images and hyperlinks are preserved completely in the generated Word files. BYW, it supports encrypted PDF files conversion. So awesome.

Yep. that code is just MS word's attempt to translate from PDF. never works. what you need is a text ripper, just google ';free pdf to text converter'; or something like that. I've never done it, but I know there are some apps that will handle it for you.
The only way I know how to do it is to manual select all the text, then Press CTRL+C to copy it and then paste it into Word. This can be a real bear if the document is big. You could switch to Foxit Reader but even then you would have to purchase the ability to update the text but it is cheaper.
You can use www.freepdftoword.org to convert the file to an editable Word Document. This is a completely free service
