How can you change a .pdf form picture into .jpg?

I've got a picture that someone sent to me but it is in .pdf form, and I need to change teh form into a .jpg. What can I use to change it?

open it in microsoft paint, then click save as, then use the drop down box to save in any format available. most commen is jpg or jpeg



EDIT - ok, wait a minute. the file you have, is it just a pic? because acrobat files are usually lengthy documents. is the pic inside a document? which is it?
