You need to go to file%26gt;save as%26gt; the at the bottom choose the drop down menu and choose JPG. If this does not work then you could use print screen key on your keyboard and paste it into your favorite photo editor like paint and then file%26gt;save as%26gt; then jpeg. How do i change a pdf file to a jpg?
If you can open it and zoom in until it's the right quality (probably 100%), then you can press Print Screen. Then you have it saved on your clipboard. After that you can go into MS Paint or some program like that and click Paste. Resize the picture so you get rid of the rest of your screen, and you can save that as a JPG.
a pdf is a document right? why are you trying to make it a JPG? Anyways, you could print screen it and bring it into paint and save it from there.
Open the pdf file................press the print screen button of the keyboard

Then open mspaint and press crtl+v

save the image as jpg
There are converters out there
Open it up in Adobe and go to file save as and in the drop down box choose which format you would like to save it as
