Does anyone know how to change a pdf file that is multiple pages into single pages?

The pdf file is 2 pages that are legal length. I need to take parts of it and make it into 8 single pages. How do I do this? I have Adobe Acrobat.Does anyone know how to change a pdf file that is multiple pages into single pages?

Ok, up on the tool bar there is a drop down menu to the, right of the hand, where you can select picture, text etc. To retain all the original formatting and any photos, I would just use select image. Then copy and paste them into a word document, then save that as a pdf. Let me know if that doesn't work for you. I may not understand your question completely. I'm just trying to picture how I'd go about tackling the problem. I'm by no means an expert at this.
