How can l change a pdf to a jpeg?

If you open the pdf in something like Photoshop, then you can do a SAVE AS and select .jpg as the file type. However, if the pdf is more than one page, you will have to do it for each page separately.How can l change a pdf to a jpeg?
You can certainly go the Photoshop route, although you may sacrafice some resolution in the importing....
