You'll get a better answer than mine. But here it is. View the PDF in Adobe Reader or Foxit or whatever you have for viewing PDF files. In that viewer is a copier. Like, in Adobe, it's the ';Snapshot'; tool. Using it, you outline part or all of the document, and copy it to the clipboard.
Then, open up your favorite graphics editor, like Photoshop. There, click File and New, and it'll let you open a new pic the size of what's on the clipboard (at least, that's the way Photoshop does it). Then, click Edit and Paste, and the part you copied from Adobe Reader gets sucked down into the new image. Then File--%26gt; Save As ...some named .jpg

Downlaod the Adobe Reader 9,and open the PDF in Adobe reader 9 and click Export --%26gt; JPEG and then choose your save directory
You can use Photoshop new version open PDF file and re-save the image to JPG.
