You can select all of the files you want to, and right click then select convert to PDF. This was what I have done in the pass. How can i change .ai to PDF?
If you have Adobe Bridge, it's pretty easy (this is CS3 as it's what I have). First, you will want to put all your illustrator files into a folder.
Open Bridge and navigate to where your illustrator files are, open folder, and select all files %26gt; Tools menu %26gt; Batch Rename
Rename window opens: Under Destination Folder, select 'Rename to same folder,' under 'New File Names' click the first drop down list and select 'New Extension.' In the box next to that, type .pdf If there are any boxes below this row, click the minus icons on the right side to get rid of them.
You will see at the bottom under Preview that your files will be given the pdf extension. Hit the Rename button in the upper right hand corner. You're done! All your files have been converted to PDFs!
EDIT: By the way, once you've converted to PDF, you can still edit your files in Illustrator. But if you've used Illustrator before, you probably already know that. Just pointing it out just in case you didn't know. Good luck!
