How do I change a PDF document I received in low res into high res for printing?

A large PDF was sent to me in low res. I want to print it in high res. What do I do to convert it. I have PDF Converter Professional 4 and the document is in Pagemaker.How do I change a PDF document I received in low res into high res for printing?
You can't the detail required to convert to high res is REMOVED when saved as low res.
