Is there any way I can change a pdf. to a pub. file?

I have a brochure on Adobe Reader that I need to edit. I know I can't edit on Adobe Reader, and I can't seem to get Acrobat to work. How can I do this? Thanks for your help!Is there any way I can change a pdf. to a pub. file?
