Adobe Acrobat is the best solution, but that's not free. I would recommend using PDF-XChange Viewer. You can export PDF pages or entire files to any one of the supported Image formats including BMP, JPEG, TIFF, PNG and many more. If you don't want to download software feel free to take a screen shot (press Print Scrn) and paste into an image editor like Photoshop, MS Word or MS Paint.
When you scan in, you will be able to save the file into different format. If you can scan it again, save the file to jpg format.
Otherwise, enlarge the percentage of the PDF file until the picture fit the screen, press %26lt;Ctrl%26gt;+%26lt;Print Screen%26gt;, Open a MS paint file %26gt; Paste the Screen shot to the file, and save the file into jpg format.
In order to save the picture as a JPG or GIF, etc.... add .jpg or .gif to the end of the name
Example: file name: littlefingers
change name to: littlefingers.jpg
Doesn't always work, but its worth a try. If your unsure than make a copy of the file and then rename the copy w/ .jpg It should auto format the picture for you.
When you go to save the image, change the extention to JPG before you save it......I didn't know how to put images on my site, and people here helped me do it, if I can do it you can too, trust me, it's really easy.....click on FILE and the dropdown menu will promp you to SAVE AS
babyultrasound.jpg
is a good thing to call it to be saved.....That way you can bring it up from your MY PICTURES from the START menu..........
